What About MYLINE Registration Fees?

Customers who make applications for new registration and/or changes to MYLINE or MYLINE PLUS will be charged a MYLINE Registration Fee of ¥840 (including tax) for each application or telephone number.

(1) The MYLINE registration fee will be charged for each telephone number if the application is on one application form.
"One application form" is defined as a one-page application form for a single telephone line or as a multi-page application form for multiple telephone lines.

(2) The MYLINE registration fee will be charged for each application page if application is made for one telephone number on a multi-page application form.

(3) When there is a new registration or change in registration to one calling category or to all four calling categories for one telephone number, a fee of ¥840 will be charged (including tax) if only one application form is involved.

(4) The MYLINE registration fee (as above) will also be charged for a switch from MYLINE to MYLINE PLUS or vice-versa.

(5) Bills for MYLINE registration fees will be included with bills from NTT East or NTT West.

(6) There will be no MYLINE registration fee charged when the customer uses NTT 116 (customer service) or a telephone company's service counter to arrange for the installation, suspension, or re-activation of a telephone line and at the same time registers that telephone company with MYLINE.

What about Charges?

(1) There is no monthly fee for using MYLINE or MYLINE PLUS.

(2) Bills for calls dialed will come from the telephone company you use. Bills for the he monthly basic phone charge will come as usual from NTT East or NTT West.
