A fee of ¥880 (including tax) will be charged per telephone number for new registrations and changes to MYLINE or MYLINE PLUS.

MYLINE leaflets were discontinued as of March 31, 2021.

Rakuten Communications Corp. succeeded”MYLINE” business to Rakuten Mobile, Inc.on July 1, 2019.

The reception hours for SoftBank Corp. changed to 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on May 1, 2019.

QTnet,inc.’s MYLINE service ended on March 31, 2018.

NTT Plala Inc.’s MYLINE service ended on July 31, 2017.

The subscription of MYLINE/ MYLINE PLUS will be accepted solely at the windows of respective telephone carriers from April 1 2013. Specific changes are as follow.

(1) The application form provided by MYLINE Carriers Association, which customers are asked to fill in at the time of subscription, will be no longer necessary.

(2) The windows at the MYLINE Center for acceptance of subscriptions and answering inquiries on the services will be abolished.

Customers may be asked to fill in application forms separately provided by respective telephone companies at the time of subscription depending on the telephone carriers. Please ask respective telephone companies of your use for the details. We will continue to endeavor to improve convenience of our customers. We would like to solicit kind understanding of our customers on our operations.
