Announcement to Customers Regarding New Applications (for Registrations/Changes)
Customers who make new applications (for registration and/or changes) to MYLINE will be charged a MYLINE Registration Fee of ¥800 (not including tax) for each application per telephone line. As an example, if a customer prepares one application per calling category for one telephone line, thereby submitting multiple applications, that customer will need to pay a MYLINE Registration Fee for each application. In addition, a customer will need to pay a MYLINE Registration Fee for a switch from MYLINE to MYLINE PLUS and vice-versa.
Charges for the MYLINE Registration Fee will be included with bills from NTT East or NTT West. Bills for calls dialed will come from the telephone companies used by the customer.
Customers Whose Registration Processing Has Not Yet Been Completed
Customers who applied but have not yet been notified that their MYLINE registration has been completed are requested to first dial the telephone company's access code when they want to use the telephone company/companies they selected in their applications. This dialing procedure will be only temporary until their MYLINE services begin.
- To make a domestic call, the dialing order is:
00XY (the access code of the telephone company you want to use) + area code + city prefix + subscriber number (the last four digits)
- To make an international call, the dialing order is:
00XY (the access code of the telephone company you want to use) + 010 + country code + local telephone number (this usually consists of area code + telephone number)
|
* Customers whose MYLINE registration processing procedures have been completed will be notified by post card at a later date (see the pamphlet "Guide to MYLINE Registration").
|
When telephone users who have not applied for MYLINE registration and customers whose registration has not yet been completed dial without prefixing a telephone company's access code, their calls will be handled in one of two ways:
- If their telephone uses ACR, they will be connected via the telephone company they have been using.
- If their telephone does not use ACR, their local calls and in-prefecture long-distance calls (long-distance calls within the same prefecture) will be carried via NTT East or NTT West, and their out-of-prefecture long-distance calls (long-distance calls to different prefectures) will be carried via NTT Communications.
